CARE

Don't soak or submerge the cutting board in water. Scrape the cutting board down after each use. To sanitize the board, wipe it with hot water and an antibacterial spray. Cutting board surfaces need to be protected/moisturized with olive or vegetable oil, depending on the frequency of use (every 4-8 weeks). This is the key to preserving colour.
